About Open Doors 2024

Open Doors 2024 is running throughout Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire

DEBP and the D2N2 Careers Hub aim to assist students in securing important employer engagements between the months of February and July.

It's critical that students, in all of the work we do:

• Do not pass up the chance to visit and interact with the employees at your workplace.

• Take this opportunity to dispel gender norms and other misconceptions.

• Receive the chance to view the "hidden" positions.

• Meet with experts from the “World of Work”

All this can be achieved with the Open Doors programme!

This year, there are opportunities for workplace visits and for some individuals to visit the schools and engage with your students.

Additional visits will be added on a regular basis, so please check back or use the contact form to get in touch with us.​

Many of the offers won't include dates; instead, schedule the visit and discuss your alternatives with us. We'll check with the staff member to see if they're available!
